Merstham & Oxted: The North Downs Way (Multi-day Hike)

The North Downs Way weaves through the Surrey Hills and Kent Downs, and passes through Caterham where you can join it for a short walk or multi-day hike. Officially, this is part of section 4 of the NDW, from Merstham to Oxted (13.6km), where you'll pass through old mining terrain, the ancient churchyard of St Katherine's, and the Caterham viewpoint.

Getting there: Head straight to Caterham for a short wander, or get a combo of buses (check google maps) for the Merstham start, then head back from Oxted by train.
