The North Downs Way weaves through the Surrey Hills and Kent Downs, and passes through Caterham where you can join it for a short walk or multi-day hike. Officially, this is part of section 4 of the NDW, from Merstham to Oxted (13.6km), where you'll pass through old mining terrain, the ancient churchyard of St Katherine's, and the Caterham viewpoint.
